Delivery
Since your order is shipped using the services of our courier partners, the date of delivery is an estimate. Your order may be delivered a business day prior or a business day after the chosen date of delivery.
Deliveries are not made on Sundays and National Holidays.
Our courier partners do not call prior to delivering an order, so we recommend that you provide an address at which someone will be present to receive the package.
The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address. All courier orders are carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse. Soon after the order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number that will help you trace your order.
RETURNS
We are certain; you will be delighted with your ALBELI Jewelry purchase. We want you to be happy each and every time you buy from us, and for this,we take great care in handcrafting Albeli jewelry products.
However, if due to some unexpected situation, you are not happy with the products and if you wish to return an item for any reason (wrong delivery or genuine quality/manufacturing defect), we will happily offer an exchangewith no extra shipping cost.
Please return the item within 10 business days from the date you received the item.If the original ordered item is no longer possible then we will request you to choose an alternate item and express ship the same to you with no extra shipping cost to you
For exchanges to be accepted, it has to be returned in its original packaging and MOST IMPORTANTLY original condition.
Policy for Items Received in Damaged Condition / Manufacturing Defects / Wrong Items
If you have received a damaged item or if the item you received was not the item you ordered please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery at studioalbeli@gmail.com.with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongly delivered/ damaged/ defective item. We will look into the issue and revert back within 48 working hours.
Accepting your parcel
If the outer packing is damaged or tampered with, do verify the items quality and quantity with invoice before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Also lodge proper complain with the local office of the courier agency, so that we may pursue them.
Color & Description Disclaimer
The details of the products or product specifications (for instance weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) quoted with the product displays are only approximate values.
There may be minor variations in color of the actual product because of the nature of dyes, weather at the time of making color shades and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors.
A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color as seen on a computer screen against the actual color of the outfit received.
Webelieve that all the customers who order online are aware that colors seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the actual products ordered.
